The Business Law and Litigation Section of the Cobb County Bar Association fosters interaction among transactional, in-house, and litigation counsel, throughout the broad spectrum of business lawyers including those engaged in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, finance, banking, technology, business formation and dissolution, real estate, contractual and other current business practice and industries, as well as those to emerge. Our aim is to sponsor and conduct seminars, mutual exchange of ideas and best practices, abet referrals, consultation and practice building, gather socially and collegiality, develop networks among the bar, judiciary, government, and public, and to promote the highest standards of professionalism and delivery of exemplary legal services.

Our monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday, of the month at a restaurant on the square.

The annual dues are $45 to become a member of the Cobb County Bar Association Business Law & Litigation Section.
